Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated separately and paid in addition to the product price.

For Domestic Purchases (Japan):
• Shipping Fee: 1,100 JPY for all domestic shipments.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Method: YAMATO or SAGAWA.

For International Purchases:
• Shipping Fee: Depends on the destination. See the table below for details.

Some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain materials, such as leather products. If your order includes items that are prohibited in your country, we will notify you via email and provide further assistance. Fees are subject to change based on Japan Post’s pricing. For destinations not listed above, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow additional time during major holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or stock availability.

If you place separate orders to the same address, we cannot combine them into one shipment. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the delivery company. You can track your order’s status on the shipping company’s website. To ensure secure delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of your package.

Regarding situations where you are unable to receive the package, please contact the delivery company directly. If the package is returned to us after the storage period has expired with the delivery company, the cost of redelivery will be borne by the customer. We are unable to refund any costs other than the product price.

Purchase & Payment

Please follow the steps below to complete your purchase on our online store:
• Click the “Add To Cart” button on the product page.
• Proceed to the “Checkout” button to confirm your order.
•On the Checkout page, enter your billing address (where the payment will be charged) and shipping address (which can differ from your billing address, such as your workplace or a gift recipient’s address).
• Select your preferred payment method on the Secure Payment page.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Please note that any additional charges or fees applied by your card issuer, bank, or payment institution are your responsibility.

In some cases, after clicking “Checkout,” you may be redirected to your bank’s webpage to enter a 3D Secure Code. This is a personal password provided by your bank to ensure the security of your online payment. If you have any questions about this process, please contact your bank directly.

Once your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase. This confirmation signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Please note that we may cancel any transaction if deemed necessary.

Price & Payment Details
• The final price payable is the amount displayed on the order confirmation screen at the time of purchase.
• Payment is finalized when you confirm your order. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the chosen payment method and the practices of your card issuer or payment institution.

All data and information registered our website serve as official records of the transaction between RŪMU and the customer. In the event of any disputes, these records will be considered definitive evidence of the transaction and payment.

Receipts are not included in the shipment. If you require a receipt, please contact our customer service team.

Exchange & Return

All sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• You must provide proof of purchase (delivery receipt, order confirmation email, official invoice).
• You must provide unboxing proof (videos) demonstrating that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The request must be initiated on the same day of receiving the item.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your proof of purchase and unboxing proof. Upon approval, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide further instructions .
